Centre for the Development of Exemplary Leadership ( also known as Centre for Full Human Potential) is the academic wing which will cater to the diverse training programs, seminars, workshops, etc to help both young and old to realize and live their full potential.
It promotes Exemplary Leadership which has five components: Model the Way , Inspire a Shared Vision , Challenge the Process , Enable Others to Act , Encourage the Heart
This centre has developed working relationships with many institutions of repute worldwide. Human Potential and Personality development, Advance spiritual development, Master Memory and E- Consciousness, IT and Java Technology modules are some of the programmes pioneered by this Center.
The Centre is affiliated to Young Scientists University, USA a member of good standing in the Forum of the Academic Consortium of the Americas in USA

At the centre we try to develop Leaders who may incorporate these values in life.
- Humility: This is the ability to control your ego, not permanently subdue it. Humility should not be confused with timidity. Humility is keeping one’s ego in check.
- Competence: This is the demonstration of knowledge and skill as it relates to your areas of responsibility.
- Approachability: Individuals will approach those whom they trust, that is, those with integrity; and those whose personal style and manner is flexible rather than rigid. Learn to be adaptable to the various needs and personalities of others.
- Discipline: Exercise the required self-disciple to deliver what you say you will deliver; and behave the way you know you should behave. Discipline puts feet to intent.
- Conviction: People will follow those who believe in themselves, and display conviction regarding the course of action. Assess carefully how you will lead and then persevere, displaying confidence and conviction as you lead others towards your goal.
- Decisiveness: Assess and then act. Take responsibility for your actions, don’t prepare a barricade or pass blame for your decisions in times of failure. When you must make a decision, make it. Make it decisively, and take responsibility for its outcome.
- Knowledge: Use your knowledge wisely to promote effective action; and when in doubt gain the necessary knowledge.
- Direction: Have clear goals and a clear vision for yourself which you then pass on to others. It is important that you have clarity of direction yourself, and the ability to clearly communicate this direction.
- Clarity: Your communication needs to be simple and memorable. People must be able to understand it in your presence, and recall it in your absence.
- Charisma: Charisma does not mean the ability to win a popularity contest, rather it means that you are likable. We all tend to gravitate to individuals we like, and so as a leader be friendly and likeable.
We do realize that it takes years of practice and commitment to develop full potential, which also includes, among others the following:
- Working hard – working towards what you want in life
- Commitment – set goals in mind and don’t let anything or anyone stand in your way of reaching them
- Organizational skills –plan out your ideas to their fullest before putting them into action
- Learn from mistakes – you will make mistakes along the way but you can learn valuable lessons from these and move on
- Confidence in yourself – you have to be self-confident and believe in yourself and your ideas, there is no room for doubt
